Hi there, my name is Noah, and I’m proud to represent Foróige at the National Youth Assembly 2025/2026.

I joined the Assembly to be a voice for young people and help tackle real-life problems that affect all of us. So far, I’ve been most passionate about the Climate, Online Health and Transport. It’s something that impacts everyone, but not equally. Being part of this has really built my confidence and helped me develop my teamwork and problem-solving skills alongside other young people.

It’s also opened my eyes to how different life can be depending on where you live, from the centre of Dublin to places like West Cork, especially when it comes to transport and opportunities. One of the best parts has been meeting amazing people and making great new friends along the way.

I truly believe that the NYAI is making a difference because young people are being listened to, and that matters. If I could give one piece of advice to anyone thinking about applying, it would be this. Don’t be afraid to speak up. There’s no such thing as a bad idea.

Every idea can spark another, and that’s how change starts.
