Niamh Drumm works to ensure that the voices of children and young people are included in decision-making at both national and local levels by managing and supporting participation services.

She supports the delivery of the Comhairle na nÓg Five Year Development Plan and works closely with the National Participation Office in their initiatives with Comhairle na nÓg and the National Youth Assembly of Ireland.

Niamh is most passionate about ensuring that young people feel comfortable voicing the issues and concerns that affect their lives. She is dedicated to providing a safe environment where young people can express themselves and know that their voices are important.
